I use my 25 years of formal education in social psychology and research and direct
experience as a management consultant to companies of all sizes to find out

  • What expert knows what he or she is talking about?
  • What information is worth paying attention to?
  • What really gets results?
  • What advice saves time, money and sanity?
  • What are the best ways to build a profitable business?

I am passionate about finding out something that I didn’t know that I didn’t know–also
known as “a blind spot.” Especially when that area of blindness could be fatal to my
business—or yours. Or keep me from finding the leverage that would make it easier to

That’s why I start with a topic and cast a wide net to pick up information that falls
outside a direct search. I keep specific questions in mind, but include new topics and
questions when they present themselves. Then I shake them down for new insights and
information.

it certainly can be frustrating and time consuming. There are many places to look for

• What value does that bring to you?
• What else do you need to know to fully understand and use this information?
